planned course questions

for my coursework part of pharmcas i am going to put two planned courses for spring 2015

i am putting these because three of many schools i apply require them

i talked to pharmcas person and she or he told me that i cannot make any changes for spring or summer 2015. i can only make changes for fall and winter ones during adjustment period.

in this case if i decide not to take courses, should i only tell schools that require them? or should i notify all schools i apply that i am not taking planned courses?
