Is there any problem if I am planning to take courses by the end of March? I am taking 3 courses (12 credits) in order to refresh my science background. 2 of which I should be able to finish by Dec while I won't be able to finish the 3rd one before Apr. .. Is it too late ?

You need to finish them before matriculation.
