Planned Courses

My question is - say you put your planned courses in PharmCAS and you include some upper level like Biochem, Cell bio (to fulfill some schools requirements)....but you get accepted and want to attend a school that does not require those classes. Do you have to go through and take them? Or is this a question for the school?
