question on behalf of a dear friend:
US IMG applying for gas, step 1 238. question is: what should be a higher priority - completing step 2 and having scores available at the time of application, or postponing step 2 and doing an extra elective and having an extra letter at the time of application? said friend has young family, so is bound by responsibilities.
so what would you say is more important? step 2, or early letters?
