Go to Argentina for tango dancing and go to Budapest, where my grandmother was from--supposed to be absolutely gorgeous.
question: when does health insurance for medical school kick in? do i need to work up until the first day of classes? how is everyone affording these summer adventures and what are you doing for health insurance?
I have a pretty busy summer planned before I start med school in August. I am working at my old job as a waitress for 10 weeks for some extra cash, volunteering at a summer day camp for young children who have cancer, and traveling lots! I am going down to New York City for two weekends- one with my boyfriend to see the Yankees play and one with my family, Cedar Point for Memorial Day Weekend, a cruise to the Bahamas with a huge group of family for my grandfather's 80th Birthday on the 4th of July Weekend, and Nashville for a week to compete in my last pageant ever! Not to mention lots of beach days, laying by my pool, going out with my friends, and spending time with my man! I fully intend to live it up as much as possible before I start med school 🙂
P.S. Wish I could go to Europe, but I def. don't have that kind of $$ Someday though!!

My boss is going on maternity leave, so i'm stepping up from part time to fulltime fill in. I'll also be taking a graduate class and doing some medical related work on the side, whilst filling out secondaries. 🙂
