1. Albumin (responsible for maintaining blood osmolarity)
2. Fibrinogen- (important in blood clot formation)

3. Globulins...do what?

They carry stuff. Hormones like steroids that are not soluble in blood.

Hemoglobin is not a plasma protein. It's inside RBCs.

Globulins include a bunch of different proteins with various functions. You're probably most familiar with immunoglobulins, aka antibodies

Hemoglobin is not a plasma protein--at least in the sense that these are proteins that are solely in the plasma and cannot diffuse across capillary walls.

Red blood cells contains hemoglobin proteins. So hemoglobin is actually an erythrocyte protein

I think most of the globulins in plasma are immunoglobins (antibodies).
