Plastic surgeons ever accountable??

Hey everyone,
Had a brief question for you guys. I have a friend who is very disheartened with her experience in plastic surgery. She's not in medicine, but rather had a procedure done. Nothing is terribly wrong, but she spent a small fortune and barely has anything to show for it. She wants to know what she can do if her doctor does not offer to fix his lack of work. Is there anything she can do? She is going in for a post-op consult soon, but wanted some advice. I didn't want to tell her anything before I knew what the scoop was. Any suggestions? Thanks

What procedure did she have done?

Usually you have little recourse for this. Your friend sighned an informed consent for cosmetic surgery which universally do not guarentee results. Many surgeons will often revisions for a reduced fee, but fewer & fewer will do it for free. Most people are pretty reasonable & prefer happy patients so they will accomadate somewhat.
