plastic surgery clinic RNs

Curious if anyone is currently an RN in a plastic surgery clinic, private practice. I'm going into plastics, and am wondering if you could describe your compensation, benefits, working hours, and if you're happy with your position...wsa this your first RN job, or did you accumulate exerience elsewhere?
