I need to find a link to a site that discusses this topic thoroughly. I am specifically looking for evidence that plastic surgeons ARE NOT required to complete medical school to be able to perform plastic surgery. I know that there was a controversy several years ago about dentists being able to perform plastic surgery, but I haven't been able to find the article. Please tell me an article or link about this information. Thanks in advance.
