Can anyone give me the low-down on the troubles the plastics match is having this year?

I've heard that there has been significant computer problems, delaying applications etc.

This pertains to the non-combined programs.

I'm just an interested observer, at this point.

I have heard that there were some technical issues with CAS. The plastics chair here said he has only received about a third of the number of applications he usually receives at this time and has not sent out any invites yet because of this.
