I have a couple different options for experience types:

A
2 paid employment
2 research
1 volunteer clinical
1 leadership

B
1 paid employment
2 research
1 vol clinical
2 leadership

C
0 paid employment
1 teaching/tutoring
1 research
2 vol clinical
2 leadership

D
0 paid
1 teaching
2 research
1 vol clinical
2 leadership

Or a couple other combinations. I know this is vague, but would any of this be more desirable than another?

You would want the most balance application, so cover as many of the pull-down menu options as you can (Employment being the least important). When an activity qualifies for more than one label, you can be sure that the name you give the experience covers both to be sure that's noticed. Aside from that, research should always be put under Research and generally isn't considered a community service even if you donate your time.

Basically I'm torn between one paid employment and two leadership experiences, or two paids and one leadership. what do you think?
