I believe Illinois will be the first to have this type of legislation and perhaps it will set precedence across the nation.

If this bill is passed, practitioners will be identified as who they are. Medical doctors vs. dentists vs NPs vs CRNAs vs Chiros. It will be illegal to 'falsely advertise' who you are.
