Looking to learn where I would be a good applicant at with my current ec's

You are too light with nonclinical community service activities. I discard the 25 hours of middle school science activities (less than 50 isn't going to matter here). You have sufficient tutoring and teaching. Do you have any leadership that isn't about promoting/teaching science and math? Why don't you pursue an academic career with an MS or PhD instead of an MD? That's where you seem to be focused with your activities.

Your major activity needs to get to at least 150 hours before submitting, and for brand schools, recommended 250 before submitting.
