for the section on AADSAS where it asks you to fill out honors/ activities/ shadowing experience/ manual dexterity/ and so on - how did you guys write it in? Did you write it in paragraph form or just list them? Were you informal? Any input would be great!

For manual dexerity I wrote a sentence or two for each m. dex skill. So it's like a list.

For the other two, you can't really list them because it's not like they gave us a big space to write it. One honor/award per entry.

I listed them as well. If you want to know what is considered to be legitimate to put down, you may want to do a search. For me, I included typ 80+ wpm. Some have mentioned about playing piano, or PS2.
