Hello everyone, I want to know if this is correct or not.
During the right lateral working movement the mandible will move to the right . If this is correct where will the mesiolingual cusp of maxillary left 1st molar occlude on the non working side ie left side ?Does this fall in between the mesiofacial cusp & distofacial cusp of the left 1st Mandibular molar or does it fall between the distofacial cusp and distal cusp of the 1st left Mandibular molar???
Please clarify this too, where does the mesiolingual cusp and distolingual cusps of the upper molars occlude with on both the working and balancing side??

Key to occlusion is mesiofacial cusp of the upper 1st molar falling in the mesiofacial groove of the 1st mandibular molar and also mesiolingual cusp of the 1st upper molar falling in the central groove of the mandibular 1st molar. If this is correct then, does this concept hold good in both the working as well as the balancing side.
These concepts are really important for me as I need to take my exam within a few weeks and I request anyone who could help me out with this.I would be very thankful if you could help me out
Thanks
