Please explain format of Part 2

There are 500 questions total right? 400 discipline based and 100 case based. Are the discipline based questions laid out by section (eg. pros, endo,perio) or are they just all mixed together? If they are separate, do you get an individual score for each section. How long does the exam take? Did you think it was easier or harder than part 1? Thanks
