please explain if you know/destroyer bio 160

ok I do not understand, this is confusing when they talk about the frequencies I thought we look to see if they are saying phenotype frequency or allele and if the former then we use the square root of what they give you and if they give the allele frequency then use it as it is to find the others. now on 160 bio in destroyer it says allele and they treat it as if it is the phenotype. could someone explain please.🙁

yeah, that may be a mistake. They probably mean the frequency of the phenotype for cistic fibrosis. I was confused with that one too.
