Please help! Chinese student applying for medical school!

I am currently a biomedical graduate student at one of the top medical schools in the States. I have two uncles that are physicians, and am very interested in pursuing this career. I graduated from one of the best colleges in Beijing, China, with high GPA and ranks, majoring in Biology. I scored 39Q in my MCAT. But I have no volunteer experiences in the States (had little in China), and I am trying to get some before the interview (if I can get any). I am quite lost at this time, and doesn't know how to do and what my chance is. Can anyone tell me what my chance will be with this background? Thank you very much.

China is leading in the medical & surgical field. China has become one of the cheapest manufacturers in the world, and most of the students are studying in china instead of going to the Europe.
