Contact them tommorrow, it would save you lots of trouble at the test site. I had a similar situation where my first and last name was switched, but it was not much a problem and they still let me take the test at the day of the test. The only thing they told me was that they need to file a report notifying my situation so that i can obtain my score when im done witht DAT. Just remember to bring your ID and a credit card or bank debit card!!

Thanks for the response! It does give me some insight. I was just so worried I will get denied to take it and loose 200+ dollars. Especially since I have to pay for everything out of my pocket.

That might be a problem there, if you can bring other sources of ID besides your license with you, but try to call them tomorrow or as soon as you can. Good luck!

I got everything figured out. Thank goodness. They said it was correct with the first, MI, and last name and the other two emails just said those names for that reason.

I saved myself from having a heart attack.
