I submitted my pharmcas application aug.31, I just got an email from pharmcas saying that they sent my app back to me because I did not state on the app that I attended Santa Monica College. I HAVE NEVER BEEN REGISTERED OR ATTENDED SANTA MONICA COLLEGE. I HAVE NEVER PUT DOWN THAT I HAVE ATTENDED THIS SCHOOL OR PLANNED TO ATTND.
FOR SOME REASON PHARMCAS SAYS ONE OF MY TRANSCRIPTS SAYS THAT I HAVE. I TRIED CALLING THEM BUT THIER CLOSED TODAY. HAS THIS HAPPEND TO ANYBODY.....

Call santa monica college. I was registered for classes 2 years after I graduated at AU. I didn't know it until I needed my transcripts released and found out I had a hold on my account because of unpaid classes. I called them and explained, I didn't even live within 200 miles of the campus then, much less take classes, ect.... Fixing whatever problem at SMC is the first thing to do.

Hmm...ok well first thing to do is to take a deep breath. Did you take anything in Santa Monica? (i.e. maybe they got confused with your high school or if you've ever taken a summer program that's affiliated with Santa Monica college) It's also possible they confused your transcript with someone else's. I would definitely make a point to call them up tomorrow. One day won't make a big difference. I would also call up the institutions that you requested transcripts from (I don't know what school you went to, but I'm going to guess UCLA because it's the only major 4-year institution in close proximity to SMC and verify to make sure that your transcript looks correct.)

Go ahead and PM me, I'll see what I can do to help. I went to UCLA, so I'm familiar with UCLA's processes.

Definitely call Pharmcas and explain everything. They were very helpful to me when I had an issue. They called me back with the solution. So don't worry and don't feel desperate. Mistakes happen sometimes.
