If I remember right, the OUCOM requires a commitment to practice in the state of Ohio for a period of time after you finish everything...that would be one possible negative for some people.
Other than that, I say--Choose the school that was right for you. If I remember right they are located in somewhat different settings...choose the setting that would work best for you both academically and socially. I would also look at specific curriculum and see which better fits your learning style. Other things to keep in mind are board passage rates and residency matches (just to give you an idea of where most of their students are going).
If all is equal and you can not decide...I would pin up a map on the wall...blindfold yourself...have someone spin you in 5-10 circles and then have you throw a dart at the map--whichever school you are closest to must be the best choice--it would be fate. 🙂
