You ask this and you are a dentist????? Sounds to me like someone is a lawyer (or armchair lawyer) looking for ammunition because of treatment they received (client recieved) or how they were treated.

I would be glad to help.
1. Ask for insurance
2. Perform exam with patient under GA
3. Fondle patient while under GA
4. Wake patient up
5. Give patient huge bill and hope they don't get a lawyer like you.

Emergency Exam
1. Take patients money
2. Tell patient to stop asking stupid questions like this original poster/wanna be lawyer/newbie lawyer
3. Refer patient to doctor down the street you don't like
