My application is all set to go but still waiting on my committee letter from my advisor. My DAT is scheduled at the beginning of July. Should I e-submit the app now or should I wait till I get my score? Is taking the DAT and submitting the app in july a little too late? Would it hurt my chances?

Wait until you see how you do on the DAT before sending your app to the schools. Taking the DAT in July is not late.
 
If you plan on applying regardless of your DAT scores, you can submit it now. After the initial mailing it will be mailed again once your letter is submitted and once again after your DAT scores are processed.

July is fine, you're not late.

yeah I think Imma wait till I take my DAT then e-submit my app. do you guys know how long it take for the score to be uploaded to aadsas?
