The case says it's a pancreas of a 28-week gestation fetus.

There's hemorrhage.

Put 2 and 2 together, and it's obviously neonatal hemorrhagic pancreatitis. Duh.

i would be embarrassed to be an md/phd student who had to ask for help with their tests/academia on a board. perhaps you should find a field that your intellect/interest/integrity can accommodate.
