Please help ranking NYC prelims...

Can anyone help me rank these NYC prelim programs? Location and benefits don't matter to me, I'd just like to go to the program that is least malignant/abusive (ie most positive work environment, most supportive PD and residents, preferably not 100+ hr workweeks, basically whichever program would be least likely to cause a mental breakdown halfway through intern year...)
