Hi, I am going to send email to schools that i am still waiting and coordinator who I have talked with before. I already wrote them out. My question is what I have to say for the subject?

For Schools; RE: Regarding My Application Statue
or RE: Inquiring for the Statue of My Application

For Coodinator; RE: ??

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Either is fine. HOWEVER, you want to use "status" instead of "statue"

statue = 3D piece of Art, like Michelangelo's David
status = state of sometime, as in the state of your application

It might be a good idea to have a native speaker review the email before you send it.
