Please help with ‘Adversity’ prompt

So, for a bunch of the 'overcoming obstacles' and 'adversity' essays, I've written about my struggles with feeling isolated while adapting to college in the US as a first-gen student after having lived abroad for a majority of my life. I mentioned this briefly in my 'disadvantaged' statement, but I wanted to go in more depth about how I resolved the issue in my secondaries. The takeaway was about the importance of communication when facing an internal struggle (don't want to much more specific than that for doxxing reasons.)

Is this an ok adversity essay idea?
