please help with applications to dental school

hi everyone,

im new to this forum, i am in my final year of dental school in england and i have just taken my nbde part 1.Thought it was very tricky especially the dental anatomy.
Does anyone know if i have to take my toefl even if i go to a dental school in england? (i am indian but born in england and my first language is english)
I am hoping to apply to u.s dental schools for 2007 entry, do i need to take my part 2 before this?
In general how hard is the application procedure? which colleges are easier to get into? (if any).
i would appreciate some advice on this.
