You should be Okay for September MCAT as the cycle is longer for DO. Submit your application to a throw away school and get verified. There are more lower tier schools than your list, also I suggest looking into LUCOM before applying.

LMU-DCOM
CUSOM
WCU-COM
VCOM (all 3 schools)
MU-COM
