hello,

I'm trying to figure this out!!

I Just finish 3 classes this Summer semester

1 more class left, but I want to submit pharmcas grades for the 3 classes right now..

Should i do...

Term:Summer1
Term type: Semester
"completed"
-add grades for the 3 classes

then do

term:summer2?
term type:semester
plann , add the last class

what is "unit" term type btw?

If you're planning on submitting your pharmCAS before you finish that last class then just submit it and put that all those classes are still in progress, you won't be able to send a transcript for only 3 of 4 summer classes, just put completed during the academic update early next year.

if you think those grades will make a difference in your GPA then add the 3 that you took and submit the PharmCAS. You will also need to send them your updated transcripts so they can calculate your GPA. IF you think the classes you just took have been added on the transcript then go ahead send it in. the longer you way the longer it will take PharmCAS to claculate ur GPA and then send out ur application to schools.
the second summer semester class you can add later on in the year

You should enter all the four classes that you are taking or took this summer semester. Then enter the grades for the ones completed and put "in progress" for the one you are still taking. PharmCAS allows you to update your grades so once you have your grade for this class you can go back change "in progress" to completed and enter the grade you got. Hope it helps.
