So I know I shouldn't cheap out and apply to only a few schools but money is a big issue. I'm aiming to apply for about 10 schools. My oGPA is 3.39 and my sGPA is 3.45. DAT's are 24AA 25TS 23PAT. Will have 120 hrs of shadowing and 50 hours of volunteer. I worked full time during undergrad and did research for about a year (in the process of getting published). I am a CA resident. Please help me make the most cost effective list!

    UOP
    USC
    UCLA
    UCSF
    Western
    Tufts
    Boston U
    NYU
    Columbia
    +any suggestions?

With stats like yours, you will very likely be accepted at one or more of the Cali options, so only choose stellar OS schools that would be worth leaving your state for, like Columbia. Great stats!

Apply to OOS like UNLV, Washington, Oregon even you will consider non-resident for those state but will still more cheaper than attending USC western U !
But you DAT is great you have a high chance to get into UCLA or UCSF!!
    Good luck

Don't bother applying to UW. Only 10 percent of their class is OOS. And Oregon OOS is
    Pretty dang expensive.
