I think for ferrous sulfate it's 20% elemental and ferrous fumarate is 30% elemental.
Example) If you have a 325 mg ferrous sulfate tablet --> 325(0.20)= 65 mg of elemental iron.

For calcium carbonate i think its 40% and calcium citrate is 21% elemental.....
