Any opinions on U Washington (Seattle) program?

Also opinions on Wayne State (Kresge) ?

Which is better?
 
I have heard more good things about Kresge than UW. That being said, I think many applicants would take UW over Wayne just because you can live in Seattle vs Detroit.
