I am scheduled to finish M.S. in July 2012 with most likely 3.8 GPA. My DAT is AA20, TS19, PAT 24. I have 3.36 overall gpa (3.36 Sc.gpa). I have been interviewed at 4 schools this cycle. (1 rejected already, still waiting on 3)

If I do not get accepted this cycle, should I wait till I finish Masters or just apply early?

Apply early (June 1st-July 14 latest). Did you apply late this cycle?

Just apply once the cycle opens (early), put in all the courses that will be finished by July, then do the academic update when it becomes available. I'm sure somewhere in your application you'll find a place to indicate that your MS will be complete in July anyway.
