PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL I SENT TO THE SCHOOL

To Whom it May Concern:

Hello, my name is David and I have received an acceptance letter from CNCP on February 11. I thought about it for a week or so, and I finally decided that I was going to attend CNCP this upcomming Fall. I sent the enrollment confirmation along with my $500 deposit on February 22, knowing that I had 30 days to respond. As stated on the enrollment confirmation, I mailed it to the Capitol Mall address. Just to make sure my enrollment confirmation was received, I called Gail last week and asked her if the letter arrived. She told me that it hasn't since it was sent to the temporary office, however, she also told me everything from there should be fowarded to the new campus. I checked the mail last night and found my enrollment confirmation letter sent back to me, stating that they could not send the letter. Now, I am fully aware that this upcomming Tuesday is March 11, which I believe marks the deadline for my response to enroll at CNCP. Therefore, I am going to send my deposit and confirmation letter via express mail on monday morning. I just wanted to know if there is going to be any problems sending my letter to the new address on monday through express mail. I am sorry about this delay and confusion, but I only followed what I was told. I also left a voicemail earlier and I will contact Gail on monday. I really hope this will not be a problem because I plan on attending CNCP. Please let me know. Thank you.

Sincerely,

David

What do you guys think??? Could this potentially be a problem??? I only did what I was told 🙁 Any advice will help! Thanks! 😳

Hey David,

I don't go to CNCP and I didn't apply there but you really don't have anything to worry about. I don't see any problem at all. Usually you have to have stuff postmarked by the deadline, which is what I do. I don't think you should worry at all. Now you have the right address so you should be good. Just make sure you keep track of it (express mail always has a tracking number. Just go on the website of the mail carrier you used (e.g. USPS.com, Fedex.com, etc.) and type in the tracking number and you'll see when and where it was delivered). Congrats on your acceptance!!!

why is that a problem? you haven't passed the deadline..

seriously, this is beyond freakout status.

geez...if you get all riled up because of something so minor like this, makes me wonder.... :scared:

I'm truely amazed at our ability to critically think and rationalize. Really, its the reason why we are so dominant and superior(obviously). But sometimes we tend to think about stuff a little too much ...

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just send the letter via Express Mail and relax...

How did you reach anyone at that office? The phone number listed is disconnected and they do not reply to emails...

Hey guys 🙂

Thanks for all your advices/support...luckily I found a post office open today so I sent my confirmation letter to the new campus via express mail. I feel more relieved sending it in today rather than waiting until monday 😳 I guess it was partially my fault for not checking their updated website before I sent it in...but it sure was misleading! Anyways, im just glad I took care of this and I am going to call them jsut to make sure on monday. Thanks again guys and good luck with whatever phase you're at in the road to pharmacy!!

David

P.S. Now all i can do is pray that CNCP obtains their pre-candidacy in June!

I would have sent it using regular mail. If you're so worried, you should call Gail and ask for an extension or let her know the mail is coming late. Explain to her what happened, I'm sure it isn't a problem and that she'd understand. Afterall, they WANT your money so I doubt being a few days late will tragically be the end of your pharmacy career.:scared:
