Please please help me with AADSAS application

Hello everyone!
I'm filling out the application on AADSAS, and I'm stuck at the Background Information section. They asked us to "Describe any activities requiring manual dexterity"....i was wondering can anyone give me an example of how you guys fill out this section? Am I just write down a list of skills?

They give you a bit of room so I'd write complete sentences and explain a little bit if possible. The section isn't that big of a deal and likely won't come up unless you have something unique.
