I can only speak to St. Peters, great group of attendings and residents. I really enjoyed my time there.

Chicago is the only appeal of UIC. The inpatient allotment for this program is 1/2 of a floor of the university hospital. Literally 16 patients or so. Wouldn't recommend it. In fact, most students from UIC pursuing pediatrics didn't even bother to do a peds sub-I at their own institution.

Oh, I didn't realize einstein was on this list. The Einstein residents do a significant part of their rotations at St. Christopher's hospital so they get to take advantage of the education at St. Chris. They have their own attendings and I'm not sure how the experience is at Einstein but I would see the St. Chris part as a pretty significant advantage. I wish I could speak to how their attendings are and the rest of the program, no idea if I would place St. Peters or St. Chris higher.

Good Luck,

Z
