So I have my exam in 5 days and I don't know if I should move it because my scores are varying. I've had some personal stuff going on, so trying to keep my head in the game.

NBME2: 235 (2 weeks ago)
NBME4: 211 (1 week ago)
NBME3: 211 (3 days ago)
UWSA: 242 (today)
UW questions: 68% (did them twice)

I've been reading that nbme4 is suppose to be accurate and nbme3 underestimates you. Not sure what to do...
Should I just go write it and hope for the best or take another week?
All the advice is greatly appreciated!

I never really put a lot of emphasis on the actual score of the practice exams. For me it was more about how i felt at the end of the 4 hours. I knew I was ready for the actual exam when I felt like I had the stamina to take another practice test. The hardest part of the Step exams for me was staying focused. Question for question, CK was easier than Step 1 but it had one more section and I felt much more exhausted after CK than Step 1. Hope that helps!

NBME's are outdated.
Your UWSA score of 242 looks very reassuring which is the best predictor currently.
However, do not rely on any of these too much as the real test is not like any of these and do what your "heart" says!

I have another kind of problem.
The Hurricane Sandy is projected to hit on the day I am supposed to be taking the test.
I am freaking out because I can't concentrate and there are no available dates at the center for the entire next month!

I hope it just passes you! (*fingers crossed*) Good luck!

My friend had an issue with his site when he took his CK exam. I think he said that the lights kept going on and off and people's computers kept freezing and shutting off. They offered the students to leave and come back on the following Sunday. Not a great situation but they will likely offer a better alternative than postponing the exam for a month if the hurricane messes up the exam day.

Your scores are all over the place. Will you pass? Very likely yes. Will you get > 230 probably not, just because it seems like you are not consistently scoring well. But if the score doesn't matter that much and you just want to get the test done and out of the way, you should go ahead and take it. If you want to get a high score you could probably study some more just to be sure...but it is getting so late and with interviews coming up, you may not have much time.

Thanks so much for your input. I called Prometric yesterday but they were not very forthcoming with any information. All they said that I will get a call if they decide to postpone it. All the states on the East coast have declared a state of emergency but still no call from Prometric.
But at least now I know (based on your info) that I will most likely be appearing for the test on next Sunday. That gives me a peace of mind.

oh, shut up. you can't possibly predict the scores off of the NBME exams. i've seen people who passed with low 200s end up with 240s on the real thing. they are in no way reflective of how he will do on the exam.
