Dear Henna,Meggs and everyone who has contributed to SDN,
I would like to congratulate you and applaud on your excellent job.Before stumbling upon this site I was kind of lost,felt like I was the only one going through these emotions and was really pessimistic.This forum has been like Atlantis..a city hidden from people and when you find it you feel great.Even though I might not know anyone personally I feel very close to the members and genuinely feel happy for their accomplishments and really pray for the those who are still waiting for their acceptance letters..

1)-If a person could get into UCSF, UOP and UCLA he/she would be pretty smart to make the decision about where to join. obviously
the person might have done some ground work...
*-We really did not know that you R that smart 2 realize it.You just have 2 give us some time 2 be sooo smart like you R.
2)-Ok! please no queries on interview dates, who interviewed me etc... Does it really matter .
*-Sure it dose not,coz no one cares about U.Who do U think yourself ???
3)-Well! my intention is not to offend anyone, but I would prefer people give some meaningful messages...
I don't like to see messages like
"Mr.XYZ please look into your PM" I think people always looks
into their email before lookinginto student doctornetwork.
*-Not necessarly.SDN is my startpage,and sometimes PMs are more important 4 me than e-mails.
4)-And there are tons of "Congratulations messages"... won't
help much in the group communication... I am very happy
for all the people made it to the schools but does not have to
convey each and every individual with group message...
*-Sure it helps.I dream of the day that people congratulate me here.Can't U see how nice & friendly SDN members are.We all try 2 help and support each others. Wait till Meggs gets accepted,and you will see these"TONS of messages" 2 congratulate her.How about if U really teach us about group communication????..........I have friends on SDN who supported me better than my friends while I was in dental school,and I do not even know how these SDN friends look like.May be if you got PMs like the once I get,..............then you will know what does group communication mean.

That was a great post,sam3.hope he read it.who knows maybe bullmarket got kicked out from all the other forums and decided to try his luck here with all his superior intelligence.Most of his writing doesn't even make any sense to me.anyway his english doesn't rock ,for all his superior talk.

Actually sam3, what he was trying to say with this is that he knows about nettiquete and all, so he's better able to offer advice and do things right that we are. Which I'm sure he is, is just his WAY of doing things what annoyed me. I live in the Caribbean, my blood is set to boil easily, that's why I reacted that way to this trollish behavious (even though I dont think he's a troll).
Excuse me here, my nails are neatly maintained by weekly manicures and usually painted in very dark red (bloodish), so you're actually not insulting him, but rather flatering him. So......

Seriously, though this is an internet forum and no one really cares how you present yourself, it is worthwhile to cultivate good habits as you move along, try not to pick up bad habits along the way as once it sticks it'll be hard for you to get it out of your system.

Hi Sam,
Yes I applied late because I completed my internship and got my degree certifiacte in Oct 2003.And without the help of SDN I was quite lost and so took more time to arrange for all the documents to be sent to the universiteis.That is why I'm just at the interview stage.Hope they have enough seats left..
