hi frnds

i feel really helpless
i have low scores both below 80 in step 1 and 2 and cs pass
i am ecfmg certified
to compensate my low score i did 1 research publication and did 2 months hands on clinical rotation from university hospital with great lors in internal medicine

but still have no calls
can anyone help me in getting residency spot pls
i m fresh graduate and i dont need visa

There are no easy answers. Your low USMLE scores may be a problem. Also, from your post, it appears you are not completely fluent with English which might also be a problem.

You should apply to a large number of programs. Research programs online and check their minimum USMLE requirements. Don't bother applying to programs that state their cutoff is 80+, you will simply be wasting your time and money. FP is less competitive than IM.
 
Unless you have some major connections, I doubt you'll get a spot, let alone an interview.

i did research publication in us and in india , i got 2 good lors from us and 1 from india
i tried everything possible i could do spend so much time too
but now i really dont knw what can help me ?

The more USCE the better. I would think that if you had the opportunity to do some rotations at a hospital that had taken FMG residents with similar scores in the past, that would be the next logical step.

perhaps i cant do anything else now except for the advice u suggested which also is not tht easy to search around
i cant re appear in exam also n change my score
i m pretty doomed but thats the truth

not doomed. If medicine is what you want to do. And you want to do it in the states, this might not be your year. That just means that if you really want it you're going to have to do something this year to distinguish yourself.
