It means that patients with Pituitary Adrenal Cushings can present with pseudohyperaldosteronism (not true hyperaldosteronism but mimics its symptoms, i.e. HTN, low plasma renin, and metabolic alkalosis associated with hypokalemia, however it does this with normal aldosterone levels)
