hi..im an FTD and wants to gather some experience in US to enhance my resume..wat all i knw of is preceptorship programs and shadowing a dentist...is dere some way that i can volunteer in a dental school and assist a professor in research studies...is dat really possible..n if yes,then hw should i go about it..

well thank u..that was quite a thoughtful thought though...i had been and am still an avid searcher on SDN...have gone through a lot of threads and probably from there only i have been able to gather up this much information..i started from zero and im still a naive to all this and what all i have come to knw today is just because of seniors and helpful people like u...but some of the questions still are unanswered and this was just a childish re- attempt to find the answers to them...hope u understand...n see i have done the same thing again insanely and its a new result -u hv answered it this time while u did not the last time...
so The best angle from which to approach a problem is the Try-angle.so one should keep on trying until we succeed..
k keeping all dese issues aside and with full respect to u as a senior,thanks for showing me the path..probably i hv skipped some of the posts related to it ..i'll definitely make an effort goin thru all of them again...it would be quite considerate of u,if u too can mention some of the threads related to that..

Try finding a professor who does research in a school and make an appointment with him. try to ask him if you can help him in any way. Keep doing that till you find someone who is willing to give u a chance. I did that for 3 school and no one gave me a chance till I got to meet this amazing professor in ATSU who gave me a chance and I started editing his articles. I mean something or the other will open doors for you🙂
