Hey out there,
Just wondering if there are any folks out there in PM&R from SGU or other American IMGS, where are we getting in and how competitive is the field... Also if anyone knows about the program at Marianjoy in Illinois and what they think of it I'd appreciate the input.

I would suggest searching for Dr. Cuts post on maximizing residency options in the FMG section. Short answer is good Boards(>220), good recs and a PM&R rotation = multitple options. If your scores are low you can still get into a residency program somewhere and after that just work a little harder to achieve the practice you want.

For information pruposes: I applied to something like 50 places and got probably 45 iinvites as an FMG. Interviewed at 12, 4 of which are very strong academic programs. Im starting residency at Michigan in June.
