PM&R match chance for IMGs

Hi, I am an international medical doctor and I am interested in PMR. I know that it became more competitive recently. My question is what is the chance for IMG to be matched in PMR? What scores are needed?
My scores are +230 for step 1 and 240 for step 2, CS passed first attempt.
YOG 5 years,
green card holder
I have research and hands-on experience for 7 months in a private clinic and 4 good recommendation letters.
One sport medicine fellow recently told me it is as competitive as anesthesiology. Is it really like that?

Is it as competitive as anesthesia? Who really knows. Every specialty is competitive now a days because of the increase in medical students. The only thing you can do is apply and see if you get any interviews or not. I only saw 1 IMG applicant on my 11 interviews this year. I imagine it is challenging for any IMG to get a residency spot in any field. However, there is really no replacement or back up for PM&R - it really is the best field, so i'd think you'd have to give it a try.
