Starting July 2008 (hopefully). Located in Michigan, at the University of Michigan Dept. of PM&R. Procedures will include both cervical and lumbar procedures, some EMGs, multidisciplinary exposure to/with Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Spine in addition to clinics at the PM&R Spine clinic.
