Second Spaulding Rehab, has multiple sites (Boston, Cambridge, Cape Cod) depending on type of setting. They have an outpatient rehab program for spasticity management.

I haven’t been around this stuff in a while so pardon my ignorance. Someone is asking for a patient who is currently in inpatient rehab but looks like they want to send the guy to a SNF. Patients family is looking for guidance as to a SNF facility in Boston area with a a good rep for patients with hemorrhagic CVA with residual deficits.
