Are there any programs that combine PMR with another field? Like PMR-IM or PMR-FP or PMR-Neuro? THe PMR + neuro sounds like a good combo?

There used to be. There are still a handful of combined peds-PM&R programs out there – check FREIDA for specifics. Combined adult PM&R programs? Not anymore.
