I am deploying through the army as an internship trained general medical officer to an assignment out in the jungle somewhere. The medicine will mostly be benign conditions as soldiers are generally healthy. However there's a chance I'll be treating some jacked up locals. Any thoughts on some good "pocket reference" books I should be bringing with me?
