Technology Pocket PC, Bluetooth, & Your Cellphone...?

Had anyone here tried to sync their bluetooth enabled Pocket PC (Windows Mobile 2003) w/ a bluetooth enabled cell phone for wireless web access through the PPC? Manage/send SSM/MMS through their Pocket PC synced to their cellphone?

If so, is it easy? Do you have to match your PPC to a particular cellphone? Particular service? Any websites I can check out for more information, particularly which phones I need to consider to make this work?
