I got a pocket PC for my b-day. I start rotations soon, what are some of the useful programs to get?

Funny I came across this I researched this on another forum and just came up with a list. I believe there are free versions of all of these if not start out with the free ones.
Epocrates (recommended by everyone, the free version supposedly dec enough)
Mobile Merck Medicus
Johns Hopkins antibiotics guide
Diagnosaurus
Archimedes (medical calculator)
ABGPro (for Arterial Blood Gas Calcs and interpretations)
Pocket EKG
Griffith's5 Minute Clinical Consult

I do not yet have my samsung or palm smartphone but these are the ones I will start out with trying. Let me know which are free and if they seem useful.
